Do my customers need an account or an app?+
No. They book from your link — pick a service and a time and confirm. There is nothing to download and no password to create.
Can I take payment online?+
Yes, on the Advanced plan. Online card payments run through your own Stripe account as direct charges — Suscripify never holds your money or your customers’ card details. You can also simply take payment on arrival on any plan.
What does Suscripify charge on payments?+
Suscripify adds a 0.5% platform fee on successful online payments, on top of Stripe’s own processing fees. Pay-on-arrival bookings carry no platform fee.
Can I use my own domain?+
Every business gets a free suscripify.com address. On Advanced you can connect your own domain and remove Suscripify’s branding entirely.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?+
Yes. Every booking has a private link to reschedule or cancel within the window you set, so you spend less time managing changes by message.
