Terms of Service

Suscripify Technologies · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Last updated: 13 September 2026

Licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

These terms are the agreement between Suscripify (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the business that signs up to use it (“you”, “your”). By creating an account or using Suscripify you agree to them. They are separate from any terms you set for your own customers on your booking page — those are yours to write and publish.

Who we are

Suscripify is operated by Suscripify Technologies, a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. In these terms, “Suscripify”, “we” and “us” mean Suscripify Technologies.

The service

Suscripify hosts a booking page for your business and processes the bookings your customers make through it. Your page goes live once you add your first service and stays available while your account is in good standing. Where your plan allows and you enable it, Suscripify also lets your customers pay online for their bookings through Stripe (see “Customer payments, Stripe Connect and our platform fee” below).

Your account

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and be authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

Your responsibilities as a merchant

You, not Suscripify, are solely responsible for your business. In particular, you are responsible for:

  • your services, their descriptions, availability and the prices you set, and for honouring the bookings your customers make;
  • your own cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund policies, and for communicating them to your customers;
  • dealing with your customers directly, including any complaints, disputes, refunds, chargebacks and payment issues relating to bookings with you;
  • determining, collecting, reporting and paying any taxes (including VAT) due on the services you sell and the payments you receive — Suscripify does not calculate, collect or remit your taxes;
  • holding any licences or permits your business needs, and complying with all laws that apply to you and your customers, including consumer-protection and data-protection law;
  • the lawfulness of the content you publish on your booking page and of the data you collect from your customers, and for giving your customers your own privacy notice.

Plans, trials, billing and automatic renewal

Suscripify starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required. Starting a paid plan begins that plan immediately — including during the trial, which ends as soon as the paid plan starts; you are charged at that point for the plan you choose.

Your paid plan renews automatically. Unless you cancel, your plan renews at the end of each billing period — monthly for a monthly plan, annually for an annual plan — and the payment method on file is automatically charged the then-current fee for that plan on each renewal, until you cancel. You authorise these recurring charges.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew. We do not pro-rate or refund a mid-cycle cancellation, and a new free trial is not granted after a cancellation. We may change plan prices; where we do, we will give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect on your next renewal, and you may cancel if you do not agree. Subscription card payments are handled by Stripe; Suscripify does not store your card details.

Customer payments, Stripe Connect and our platform fee

If your plan includes online payments and you enable them, your customers’ payments for bookings are processed through your own Stripe account, which you connect to Suscripify using Stripe Connect. Those payments are made as direct charges on your connected account and are also governed by your agreement with Stripe.

  • You are the merchant of record for your customers’ payments. You are responsible for Stripe’s payment-processing fees on those payments, for issuing refunds, and for handling chargebacks and disputes — Stripe may debit your connected account for refunds, chargebacks and related fees. Suscripify does not receive or control Stripe’s fees.
  • Our platform fee. For each successful online customer payment, Suscripify charges a platform fee of 0.5% of the payment amount (for example, AED 0.50 on a AED 100 booking). It is collected automatically through Stripe as an application fee at the time of the payment, in addition to — and separate from — Stripe’s own processing fees. You authorise Suscripify to collect this fee.
  • Refunds and the platform fee. If a booking payment is fullyrefunded, we return our 0.5% platform fee, so a fully-refunded booking carries no Suscripify platform fee. On a partial refund, the platform fee is not returned. Stripe’s own processing fees are handled according to Stripe’s terms.
  • Payments taken in person (“pay on arrival” / cash) are between you and your customer, are not processed by Suscripify or Stripe through the platform, and carry no Suscripify platform fee.

Your customers’ data

To provide the service, Suscripify hosts your page and processes the personal data your customers submit when they book — such as their name, phone number, email and appointment details. In data-protection terms you are the controller of that data and Suscripify processes it on your behalf and on your instructions.

  • Data your customers submit through your booking page is shared with Suscripify, and with the third parties we use to run the service — for example Stripe to take payment and our email provider to send confirmations and reminders — only as needed to provide it.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers’ data and for giving them your own privacy notice.
  • Where the law that applies to you or your customers requires it, you or your customers can object to or opt out of this processing by contacting us at privacy@suscripify.com. We describe how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Suscripify for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to breach or overload the platform, or to misuse other people’s data. We may suspend or limit an account that does, or that puts the platform or its other users at risk.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Suscripify available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suscripify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, bookings, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suscripify’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, in any 12-month period, is limited to the greater of the subscription fees you paid to Suscripify in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 500.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suscripify and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the service; the services, content, prices and bookings you offer; your customers’ claims or disputes; your handling of your customers’ data; your taxes; your breach of these terms; your misuse of the platform; or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Suscripify at any time by cancelling your plan and, if you wish, closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or create risk to the platform or others.

On termination or account closure:

  • your subscription ends and no further renewals are charged;
  • your booking page stops accepting new bookings and is taken offline, and any custom domain is disconnected;
  • any fees already due remain payable, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise;
  • your account and booking data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — retained for a limited period and then deleted; you can export or request your data before it is deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Suscripify after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at privacy@suscripify.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved that way, you and Suscripify agree that the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
