What the trial covers and how long it takes to be live.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days free with no credit card. Add your services and hours, share your link and take real bookings. Start a paid plan whenever you’re ready.
- Do my customers need an account or an app?
- No. They book from your link — pick a service and a time and confirm. Nothing to download, no password to create.
- How quickly can I be live?
- Your page goes live the moment you add your first service — usually a few minutes. Set your look and share the link when you’re ready.

Booking & scheduling
How a slot is held, changed and reminded about.
- What stops the same slot being booked twice?
- The slot is held the moment a customer starts booking, so two people can never take the same time. If they don’t finish, it frees up again.
- Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
- Yes. Every booking has a private link to reschedule or cancel within the window you set, so you spend less time managing changes by message.
- Do you send reminders?
- A confirmation goes out when a booking is made, and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
- Can each team member have their own hours?
- Yes — availability is set per team member, so bookings only land when the right person is actually free.

Payments
Where the money goes and what it costs.
- Can I take payment online?
- Yes, on the Advanced plan. Online card payments run through your own Stripe account as direct charges — Suscripify never holds your money or your customers’ card details. You can also take payment on arrival on any plan.
- Where does the money go?
- Into your own connected Stripe account — you’re the merchant of record. Card details never touch Suscripify’s servers.
- What does Suscripify charge on payments?
- A 0.5% platform fee on successful online payments, on top of Stripe’s own processing fees. Pay-on-arrival bookings carry no platform fee.
- Do I have to take payments online?
- No — take payment on arrival on any plan, or add online card payments on Advanced. It’s your choice, set per service.

Your page & brand
How much of the page is yours.
- Can I match my brand?
- Set your banner, logo, colours and typography in a live editor, and preview on desktop and mobile before you publish.
- Can I ask custom booking questions?
- Yes — add your own questions per service, required or optional, so you have what you need before a customer arrives.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Every business gets a free suscripify.com address. On Advanced you can connect your own domain and remove Suscripify’s branding entirely.

Data & security
Who can see your data, and what runs on your page.
- Is my data safe?
- Your business only ever sees its own data — it’s isolated at the database level. Traffic is encrypted, access to production is restricted and logged, and payments are handled by Stripe. See the security page for detail.
- Are there ads or trackers on my booking page?
- No advertising trackers run on your booking pages.
